Growth, AI & Exit Audit — Service Terms

1. What you are purchasing

By completing payment you are purchasing one Growth, AI & Exit Audit ("the Audit"). The Audit consists of a pre-Audit questionnaire completed through this secure portal, a structured Architect-led session and a written Audit brief prepared following that session.

The Audit is a professional advisory service. It is not financial advice, legal advice or an investment recommendation. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

2. Your obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to share the business information requested.
• You must complete the questionnaire honestly and to the best of your knowledge.
• You must confirm your answers and book your session within the period notified at checkout.
• You must attend your booked session or reschedule with reasonable advance notice.

3. Your data

The questionnaire collects structured business information to prepare the Architect. No special-category personal data is requested. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; no card details are stored by this service.

4. Cancellation

You may request a full refund before you confirm your questionnaire answers and book your session. Once a session is booked, cancellation terms apply as notified at checkout. UK consumers purchasing outside the course of a business may have additional statutory cancellation rights.

5. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Audit will not exceed the fee paid. We exclude indirect or consequential loss to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability for fraud, negligence causing death or personal injury, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Governing law
